A clamp on ultrasonic flow meter is a compact, non-intrusive flow measurement device that uses transit time technology to quickly measure the flow of fluid in pipes.
High accuracy, good stability, and low price, which are more suitable for large-scale use in high-precision technology industries such as new energy, chips, semiconductors, and batteries. Specially designed for small-diameter pipes, soft/hard plastic pipes, and metal pipes can be used.
Principle of the clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter
Based on the relationship between the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in the fluid and the flow rate of the fluid. Specifically, the propagation time of ultrasonic waves in a fluid is closely related to the flow state of the fluid. When the fluid flows, the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave is affected by the flow velocity, thus forming a time difference. By measuring this time difference, the flow meter can calculate the flow rate of the fluid and thus calculate the flow rate.
