Principle

The working principle of diffused silicon pressure transmitters is based on the piezoresistive effect of silicon. A certain resistance network is formed on the silicon wafer through precise manufacturing processes. When the silicon wafer is subjected to external pressure, its resistance value will change. By measuring the changes in these resistance values, the pressure acting on the silicon wafer can be calculated.
