The QYF-M08 series gear flow meter is equipped with pulse transmission and a digital LCD meter device. It can not only provide a stable and accurate pulse signal output, but also provide the instantaneous, accumulated liquid flow, and provide a variety of signal remote transmission functions. It can also be matched with the electric display instrument to realize the remote transmission and centralized control of cumulative, quantitative, and instantaneous flow, and also measure the liquid with high temperature and high viscosity. The excellent performance of the circular gear flow meter can be well adapted to the various complex working conditions.

 

 

Principle

A gear flow meter uses the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet when liquid passes through the flow meter cavity to push a pair of gears into mesh. Two accurately matched gears are enclosed in a precision-machined cavity. The tooth root of each gear and the measuring cavity will form a volume cavity with equal volume. The liquid is divided into individual known standard volume portions by gear rotation. The total volume of fluid is measured based on the number of times the volume chamber is filled and discharged successively and repeatedly. Popular description: It is like “a ladle scooping water”.
